Classic Guestrooms

These residential style rooms incorporate the exciting surroundings of the Southgate precinct and Bay areas. Our guest rooms are designed with a sense of elegance and style, featuring king or twin bed configurations; marble bathrooms with separate shower and bath; a large work desk fully equipped with broadband internet access and well positioned to allow natural light; as well as a comfortable armchair and ottoman for relaxing in the sitting area. Each guest room is 35 square metres.

City/River View Guestrooms

These 35 square metre guestrooms incorporate all of the luxuries of the classic guestrooms as well as boasting unrivalled views of the Yarra River and the Melbourne city skyline.

Corner/Deluxe Guestrooms

The luxury of an open plan design with more room to move, offering double aspect views of the river and the surrounding Southgate precinct. The large bathroom features a double basin and natural light. This 45 square metre room includes a separate sofa seating area providing enough space for business or pure relaxation.

Langham Hotel Club Guestrooms

These guestrooms are all positioned on the top levels of the hotel, allowing some of the best views in the city - either over the surrounding Southgate area or the meandering Yarra and Melbourne city skyline. Described as a 'hotel within a hotel' the Langham Hotel Club guestrooms offer the discerning traveller a boutique hotel experience. The Langham Hotel Club Lounge, located on the 24th floor, offers spectacular views of the Melbourne city skyline. You will also enjoy the superior comfort and privacy of our lounge, and the unsurpassed attention of our renowned butlers.

Langham Hotel Suites

Located on the top floors of the hotel, the Langham Hotel Suites are 74 square metres and feature separate bedroom and living areas with a layout that maximizes the city and river views from each room.
This Suite provides a separate walk-in dressing room, large double vanity marble bathroom with large custom-made two-person spa and shower as well as luxurious bathroom amenities.
A separate living room features elegant furnishings in warm tones, a large work desk with natural light through the adjacent windows, bar console and guest bathroom. Other living room amenities include a CD player and combined fax/photocopier/scanner.

Presidential Suite

The most luxurious suite at the hotel, the Presidential Suite commands extensive views of the city skyline and Yarra River. The Suite includes a large master bedroom with King bed, separate walk-in dressing area, large marble bathroom with double vanity, bidet and custom-made two person spa and shower.
The luxuriously appointed living area includes seating and dining for six people with the highest quality furniture, artwork and finishes, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cooking facilities. A second bedroom is accessed through a small anti-room ideal for lounging and features its own ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The entrance to the Suite incorporates a study area including six direct dial telephone and data ports.
Guests staying in this Suite enjoy full Langham Hotel Club access and privileges. The total area of this Suite is a spacious 176.5 square metres.

Dining

Melba Brasserie

An award winning Melbourne institution with the most envious views over the Yarra River and the Melbourne city skyline, Melba Brasserie has long been a favorite with locals and has established a well deserved reputation for serving superb international food, with a touch of Australian flair.

Dine à la carte or from the extensive buffet selection for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Tisane Lounge

An elegant lounge and bar area ideal as a meeting place or to simply enjoy a leisurely cocktail, coffee or snack in the elegant comfort of the hotel. Nightly live music ensures an intimate atmosphere and relaxed setting.

Traditional High Tea is served daily in the Tisane Lounge from 2.30pm - 5.00pm and includes assorted finger sandwiches, warm scones with jam and cream, petit fours and cakes served on a tiered stand with plunger coffee or leaf tea.
