Maya Sari Mas

Their signature restaurant, with covered and open air dining terrace adjacent to the main swimming pool overlooking the river valley. Service commences each morning with a sumptuous sunrise breakfast buffet, followed by a wonderful ala carte selection of international favourites and classical cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Maya Sari Asiatique

This exciting asian style restaurant complete with teppanyaki counter, features a most inovative choice of selected dishes of indonesian, japanese, Thai, Chinese and Indian specialities. Relaxed and informal, the restaurant opens onto a courtyard fountain and hotel gardens.

River Cafe

A delightful open air hide-away for informal poolside dining alongside the spa on the banks of petanu river. Relax in the lush tropical surroundings and be lulled by the rippling waters below while enjoying inspiring, healthy “spa cuisine”, salads and snacks, pasta and ever popular pizza.

Bar Bedulu

Traditional balinese thatched roof pavilion adjoining the lobby, with panoramic view of the valley and the villages beyond. Catch the cool evening breeze and enjoy intriguing cocktail concoctions and exotic thirst quenching tropical juices and ice-cold beers.

Spa

Below the luxurious resort nestles the Riverside Spa at Maya...a haven of sensual bliss.

Soothing hands, aromatic herbs, oils and lotions, flower filled baths...treatments that smooth, stimulate, and pamper. Private treatment pavilions provide individual oasis in which refreshing and aromatic oils sooth and relax. Double treatment pavilions allow couples to be together, luxuriating and sharing.

Spa specialties include a gentle four hand massage, relaxing Balinese massage, natural facials, organic body scrub, manicure and pedicure. Spa at Maya provides the perfect escape from the everyday.

Activities

Pools - two pools set amidst the forest green, overhanging the river valley and at the riverside; private swimming pools for each deluxe villa, duplex villa and presidential villa.

Trekking & Cycling - a qualified resort guide will take you to discover amazing historical sites, visit ancient temples and to simply enjoy the natural beauty of the rice terraces, distant mountains, turbulent rivers and natural springs.

Tennis - dedicated to the pursuits of physical and spiritual well-being, the resort's tennis facilities offer you the opportunity to practice your volley and serve with synthetic grass court, floodlit for night play, racquets and balls and practice partners available on request.

Golf - practice before you play: sharpen your skills on their two hole putting green - clubs and balls available. Bali's three championship eighteen hole golf courses are approximately one hour's drive from the hotel: Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club in the cool central highlands of bedugul, Nirwana Bali Golf Club on the west coast near the sacred temple of Tanah Lot, and Bali Golf & Country at Nusa Dua.

Yoga - Bali is a perfect place for yoga. The spirit of harmony and balance of the island and the Balinese will compliment the yoga activity. At Maya Ubud they provide yoga for beginners one hour twice a week; for those who wish to do it privately, they'll arrange it personally.

Cooking classes - the resort presents balinese cuisine prepared by you under the guidance of their master chefs. Five easy-to-prepare traditional home cooked dishes in one hour, followed by a balinese luncheon at your leisure. Take along their complimentary recipe book and surprise your family and friends back home with your Balinese cooking skills.

Shopping - Ubud is now considered to be the artistic and cultural center of Bali, the home of many famous Balinese artists, museums and galleries. The resort provides a free shuttle service to the ubud central market, every hour on the hour.
