El Sapo Dorado restaurant is known for the creativity, variety, flavor, freshness, and presentation of our food from breakfast to dinner.
The menu always includes a choice of whole grains, vegetarian and vegan dishes, pastas, seafood, chicken, as well as beef, pork, and decadent desserts. Organic produce is used whenever possible.
Their recipes are all unique to El Sapo Dorado or are original adaptations of old favorites. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated with advance notice.
Classical and jazz selections (on compact disk) accompany breakfast and dinner. Latin rhythms provide the atmosphere during the midday hours. The restaurant has inside seating for nonsmokers as well as terrace seating with a view of the Gulf of Nicoya for those who enjoy a cigarette or pipe.
