Ionian Apartment

Consists of a master bedroom and a smaller one capable to accommodate a 3rd person, a living room and a bathroom with shower. Patio or terrace with a view to the garden. Athenian Apartment

Consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and a living room. Most suitable for families. Terrace with a view to the garden or the sea. Equipped with 21' TV with satellite channels, cd player, alarm clock, direct-line telephone, data port, internet connection, individually controlled air-conditioning.

Corinthian Residence

Consists of two bedrooms, two or three bathrooms, an open mezzanine for a 5th person, a living room. Most suitable for families. Terrace with a view to the garden or the sea.

Aegean Residence

Private outdoors whirlpool. Consists of a bedroom with four-postered bed, living room and bathroom with both shower and hydro massage bathtub. Equipped with 21” TV in the living room and 14" TV in the bedroom with satellite channels, DVD player, cd player, fridge, dinner table, alarm clock, direct-line telephone, data port, internet connection, individually controlled air-conditioning, walk-in closet, wooden floor in the bedroom, marble floor in the living room and fireplace, open air jacuzzi at the veranda and views to the vineyards and the sea.

Olympian Villa

Private outdoors pool. Consists of a bedroom with four-postered bed, living room and bathroom with both shower and hydro massage bathtub. Equipped with 21” TV in the living room and 14" TV in the bedroom with satellite channels, DVD player, cd player, fridge, dinner table, alarm clock, direct-line telephone, data port, internet connection, individually controlled air-conditioning, walk-in closet, wooden floor in the bedroom, marble floor in the living room and fireplace, private pool heated with hydro-massage in the courtyard and view to the sea and the vineyards.

Presidential Villa

Private dinning is offered within the mansion's spacious living room, at the terrace near the private whirlpool or overlooking the mansion's exclusive swimming pool. Based on the conversion of the 100-years old neoclassical Eliopoulos Mansion-captain's house into a super-deluxe Presidential Villa, decorated by the most well-known Greek decorator, Aggelos Aggelopoulos. The Presidential Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with remote-control adjustable beds and 3 bathrooms with hydro massage bathtubs.

Vinsanto Restaurant & Lounge - offers creative Mediterranean cuisine masterfully prepared and presented by our awarded chef and served in a 400-years old winery or at the open-air dining area surrounded by authentic black volcanic stones. You will taste delicacies from a rich creative menu prepared with the freshest local ingredients and various fine products from all over the world.

Pergola Pool Restaurant - surrounds the swimming pool, wrapped up by the bar and a wide pergola from where you can enjoy the views of picturesque Megalohori, the vineyards and the sea. A buffet breakfast is served in the morning and an extensive variety of Greek and international dishes can be prepared at any time during the day.

Prive Dining Room - offers dinning in luxury with the utmost discretion in a cozy private area inside the wine cellar. Indulge in a customized taste experience that you and the chef create for your own dinning. The best choice for exclusive occasions, wedding anniversaries, proposals, small birthday and wedding parties.

Canava Wine Bar - carved out of the Thiran earth, this 400 years old winery stands as a catacomb in the middle of Vedema Resort to remind us of the past and inspire us for the future. Converted into a unique Wine Bar, it offers its guests a distinguishing atmosphere. Participate to our ceremonial wine tasting and get introduced to different kinds of selected white wines from Santorini.

Pool Bar - nestled next to the swimming pool is a delightful bar, where you may enjoy thirst quenching drinks or your favorite cocktails while sunbathing or relaxing to streams of soft music during the sunset hours.

Weddings

A wedding at Vedema Resort is an experience that you should not miss.

The resort can arrange for you your wedding either in the hotel, or in the beach, or wherever you decide. They can take care of all the legal documents that you will need in order to get married in Santorini, organize for you flower arrangements for the ceremony, the reception, your room.

The resort can arrange your wedding reception with menus and music according to your preferences. Your reception could be arranged either in the “Pool Restaurant”, or in the “Vinsanto” restaurant, or in the “Canava” Wine Bar, for more privacy.

For a wedding and reception that you and your guests will never forget, The resort can arrange for you a private bonfire dinner or barbecue on the beach.
