Palace Suite
Designed for the ultimate in splendor and relaxation, the 2500 square-foot Palace Suite is privately set aside in it’s own area of the property. A large secluded outdoor lanai is surrounded by lush gardens and a pond filled with white swans and ducks.

The suite has a grand entryway that extends into a living room with dining area seating for up to ten persons, a kitchenette, den that includes a complete console with entertainment center, office area, three bedrooms (including one master suite), each with individual lanai, and three complete baths.

Presidential Suite
This stunning suite is located on the top floor of the Atrium Tower, with a panoramic view of the West Maui Mountains, islands of Lana'i and Kaho'olawe, Swan Lake and the clear blue Pacific Ocean. It is 2,307 square feet with seven lanais, dining room, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, library, grand piano, dressing room, one-and-a-half baths, sauna, Jacuzzi, one master bedroom with a king bed, and den with a full size pull-out sofa.

Regency Suite
This 1,386 square-foot suite is located in the Atrium Tower on the 21st floor of the Regency Club. Guests will enjoy breathtaking partial ocean views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i, the famed Ka’anapali golf links and West Maui Mountains. The suite includes a master bedroom, living room, dining area, wet bar and three lanais and one-and-a-half baths.

Regency Club Private Floor
Breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains and nearby Ka’anapali golf courses, welcomes you to the Regency Club lounge. Enjoy plentiful amenities, including personal concierge service, continental breakfast, evening cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, plus private access to the guest floor, admission to the oceanfront Moana Athletic Club, and daily tennis court time. The Deluxe Ocean View and Partial Ocean View Regency Club guest rooms are located on the top two floors of the Atrium Tower. Plantation-style wood furniture, cotton duvets and Hawaiian quilt wall hangings give these spacious rooms, available in one king or two beds, a feeling of Hawaiian elegance. Each room features a separate seating area and lanai from which to enjoy panoramic views.

Deluxe Ocean Front
Located in the center of the Atrium above the resort’s famous 750,000-gallon fantasy pool, our Deluxe Ocean Front accommodations offer an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lana’i and Moloka’i. Each room features a separate sitting area and lanai from which to enjoy panoramic views. Bedding options include one king bed with a full size sofa pull-out or two beds consisting of one queen and one double bed. Plantation-style wood furniture, cotton duvets and Hawaiian quilt hangings convey an air of Hawaiian elegance.

Deluxe Ocean Suite
These luxurious suites have magnificent full views of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, famed Ka'anapali Golf links, and lush gardens. Each suite is 908 square feet and includes a separate living room and dining area, three lanais, one bedroom with a king-size bed, one-and-a-half baths and two televisions. An adjoining room is available. Rollaway beds are not permitted.

Ocean Suite
These suites are 554 square feet, with spectacular full views of the Pacific Ocean, West Maui Mountains, famed Ka'anapali Golf links, and lush gardens. Each suite contains one bedroom with separate sitting area including a full size sofa pull-out, two lanais, one bedroom with a king bed and two televisions. An adjoining room is available. Rollaway beds are not permitted.

Cascades Grille and Sushi Bar

Swan Court Breakfast
Breakfast in a romantic dining room featuring an extensive buffet and a la carte menu. The view is breathtaking as the water cascades down the lava rocks into a pool filled with graceful swimming swans.

Spat's Trattoria
"Maui's Best Italian Cuisine"! Spats is famous for its cozy, intimate atmosphere and exquisite Italian cuisine.

Pavillion
Casual poolside dining for lunch. Menu features paninis, great salads, assorted hot and cold sandwiches, and specials of the day also served poolside.

Weeping Banyan Cafe
The coffee bar with Maui's best ocean view serving 100% Kona coffee, hawaiian blends and flavored coffees including lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, and frappuccinos. Also available are freshly baked giant cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, oversized muffins, fresh fruits and assorted juices.

Spa

Immerse yourself in our oasis of healing and rejuvenation. Relax and feel your stress float away during one of their special massages including traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi.

Refresh your body and spirit in their unique beachfront setting. Revitalize your body with a workout or fitness class in their fabulous new oceanfront Moana Athletic Club.

Spa Moana offers 15 treatment rooms, a full-service beauty salon, a relaxation lounge, sauna and steam rooms, and two luxury spa suites for couples who want to enjoy treatments together. Spa guests can also relax with massages, manicures and pedicures in oceanfront cabanas.

Moana Athletic Club a 5000-square-foot facility located on the beach level of Spa Moana, features elliptical machines, stationary bikes and treadmills with television monitors, free-weights and fitness classes in an expansive aerobics studio.

	Amazing!!!! Natalie Wedding couple   The Hyatt Regency in Maui is the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a room on the first floor and could walk right to the pool, ocean etc. It was very quiet, no noise in the hallways. The staff was very accommodating.
