Description

The Kahala Hotel & Resort is Hawaii's reigning luxury resort, set on a secluded beach just ten minutes from the world class shopping and entertainment of Waikiki. Accommodations

Ocean View Suites

These opulent Partial Ocean View corner suites are located in the Koko Head Wing and have a bedroom that enjoys views of the Koko Head Crater, Ko’olau Mountain Ridge, the private Waialae Country Club, and partial views of the Pacific Ocean. These suites come with two double beds or a canopied four-poster King bed, two full sized bathrooms, a separate living room with a Murphy bed and a large balcony. Prime Ocean View suites enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Each suite has a separate living room with a powder room, two double beds or a canopied four-poster King bed and a large balcony.

Beach Front Suites

These superbly appointed suites are in our two-story Dolphin Lagoon Wing, located in the most secluded area of the resort and steps away from the beach and the Pacific Ocean. Each suite has a luxurious four-poster King bed, a separate living room, and three balconies or patios with inviting lounge furniture.

Governor Suites

This luxurious suite is located on the 9th floor of the Koko Head Wing and has a separate bedroom with a King size canopied four-poster bed, a well-furnished balcony, a living room, formal dining room and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean.

Presidential Suites

This grand suite is the epitome of stylish living. It is located on the resort's top floor of the Koko Head Wing, and has unobstructed, tropical views of the Pacific Ocean from its private furnished balcony. The suite consists of a living room, formal dining room and master bedroom with a canopied four-poster King bed.

Garden View Rooms

Garden View rooms can be found on the ground floor of the two-story Dolphin Lagoon Wing, facing the private Waialae Country Club. Choice of two Double beds or a canopied four-poster King bed.

Ridge View Rooms

Ridge View without Balcony and Ridge View with Balcony rooms are located in the Diamond Head, Koko Head and Dolphin Lagoon wings. They have a canopied four-poster King bed or two Doubles and enjoy a picturesque views of the Ko’olau Mountain Ridge.

Ocean View Rooms

Ocean lovers will be delighted by these rooms that overlook the Pacific Ocean. You can choose from a canopied four-poster King bed or two Doubles in both Ocean View without Balcony and Ocean View with Balcony rooms.

Dolphin Lagoon View Rooms

As the name suggests, these rooms are located in the two-story Dolphin Lagoon Wing and overlook the home of our playful resident Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins. Dolphin Lagoon View with Balcony or the larger Deluxe Dolphin Lagoon View with Balcony rooms open onto a balcony or outdoor patio and are available with either a canopied four-poster King Bed or two Double beds.

Prime Ocean View Rooms

Prime Ocean View without Balcony rooms enjoy panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and are located in the Koko Head Wing. Prime Ocean View with Balcony rooms, additionally, have a large balcony with inviting lounge furniture. A canopied four-poster King or two Double beds are available.

Beach Front View Rooms

Located in the two-story Dolphin Lagoon Wing in a private, secluded area of the resort. Beach Front View with Balcony rooms open onto a balcony or outdoor patio with direct access to the beach. They are available with either a canopied four-poster King bed or two Doubles.

Dining

Under the direction of our Executive Chef Wayne Hirabayashi, the award-winning cuisine at The Kahala Hotel & Resort embraces a diverse blend of trends and cultural influences. Complementing the creative fare, the resort's six venues each offer their own unique ambiance and style, making for a variety of dining experiences.

Hoku's
Renowned for its innovative fusion fare, known as Contemporary Hawaiian Regional Cuisine Hoku's melds Hawaiian, Asian and European flavours.

Honu's Bar

Located near the resort’s turtle ponds, the Honu Bar & Terrace is the place for outdoor dining or cocktails in a quiet, tranquil ambience.

Cabanas Seaside Grill

Dine to the melodic rhythms of the surf, beneath the star lit Hawaiian sky. Voted one of the 'Best New Restaurants in Hawaii' in 2004 by 'Food & Wine'.

Plumeria Beach House

The restaurant is bathed in warm, natural earth tones with indoor and outdoor terraces.

The Veranda

This comfortable lounge is located adjacent to the lobby overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon with both indoor and outdoor seating amidst lush tropical décor.

Tokyo-Tokyo

The shuttle provides transportation to to Kahala Mall, Ala Moana Shopping Center and Waikiki. In Waikiki the shuttle stops at 2100 Kalakaua Avenue. The shuttle also stops at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center located in the heart of Waikiki.
