Accommodations

Strawberry Hill features 12 Georgian-style cottages including one bedrooms, studios and deluxe villas. Cottages embody traditional 19th century Georgian architecture with interior details to create a romantic atmosphere: dark mahogany four-poster beds draped with a delicate canopy of muslin netting; French doors; thick louvered windows; and spacious private verandas. Each cottage features hand-carved fretwork with different themes. Jamaican art and photographs decorate the walls. Bathrooms are simply furnished with terra cotta and hand-glazed tiles, and deep bathtubs.

In your cottage, a bathing ritual card and scented candle is prepared and lit at turndown every evening. Every day fresh fruit and assorted Jamaican delicacies, fresh lemon basil water, and your recommended Elemental Juice is placed in your minibar.

One Bedroom: Timbuks 1,2,3 and 4 and Mountainview 1.

Studios: Gong, Tree, Cedar and 59 Steps are spacious studios all with magnificent views of the city 3,000 ft. below.

Deluxe Villas: Highgate and Mountainview 2 are spacious 3200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom villas with wrap around balconies. Mountainview 2 has the privacy of a separated bedroom and the option of an additional deluxe bedroom Mountainview 1. Birdshill is a 1 bedroom 1400 sq. ft. gem with Jacuzzi and private dining terrace.

Dining

Strawberry Hill has many different locations to suite the mood for the day.
The Library veranda and Bamboo room for the residents and small parties, the Jade Vine terrace for weddings and entertainment; the Gold room for conferences and meetings and the poolside and bar veranda for general relaxation.

Additionally for those enjoying our Aveda Spa, they have an intimate buffet and menu within the Spa itself.

Strawberry Hill combines traditional Jamaican dishes and spices with international recipes to create the "New Jamaican Cuisine". Aveda's Elemental Preferences are also indicated on our menus, so you can choose to dine by your personal Elemental Nature component.

Upon your arrival, highly trained Strawberry Hill Spa Therapists conduct an Elemental Nature consultation to determine the best treatments and techniques for you as you choose your customized aroma through a sensory journey of pure flower and plant essences.

Weddings

Nestled on 26 acres in the picturesque Blue Mountains of Jamaica at 3,100 feet above sea level, Strawberry Hill is fifty-minutes drive from Kingston Airport and 30 minutes from the Centre of Kingston. The property has a 360 0 view, with Kingston to the West, Newcastle to the North, the Yallas Mountains to the East and Bull Bay to the South.

Their wedding locations offer a variety of garden and villa settings and suggestions that will make your wedding a truly memorable occasion. You will enjoy excellent service, a tantalizing cuisine and personal detailing all to suite 10 to 200 people. Additionally they have a Spa, Yoga Shala and cottages that are ideal for intimate honeymoons.

There are several menus containing suggestions for a complete and unique dining experience. The following menus are simply examples from which you can expand on to suite your palette.

Strawberry Hill gardens are famous for the many large weddings that are performed here for up to 250 guests.

Addionally the Jade terrace and Bamboo room are favorite locations for smaller and more intimate weddings. Sometimes one of the villas is enough for the ceremony and private reception.
