The Reggae Jerk Center - For a true taste of Jamaica served on the West Beach with live reggae entertainment. On Saturday mornings the Jerk Center offers the "Art of Making Jerk" cooking classes with Chef Rayon Howard.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Rose Hall, Jamaica is an 8,000 square foot wellness haven infused with inspirations from Jamaica's lush West Indies environs. • Sugarcane Body Scrub (Exfoliating Therapies) - Jamaican sugarcane from the plantation fields and the finest white sand are combined to create a rich foaming cream applied to the entire body to heal and soften the skin. A moisturizing cream made of papaya, mango, wild yams and exotic oils rejuvenate the tissues and elicit complete relaxation.
  
• The Ritz-Carlton Signature Massage - A primarily Swedish massage that incorporates deep tissue techniques to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and bring relaxation to the mind, body and spirit.

Golf

Winding through the mountains of Jamaica's historic 4,000-acre Rose Hall Plantation, The White Witch Golf Course is carved out of 600 acres of lush greenery and rolling countryside that features panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea from 16 of its 18 holes.

The par-71, 6,719-yard course was named by its creators, golf course architects Robert von Hagge and Rick Baril, after the 19th century beauty, Annee Palmer, who owned the 4,000-acre sugar plantation on which the course is built.

• The Women's USGA course rating and slope is 73.2/126.

The White Witch's "Golf Concierge Program"

Included with every round of golf, The White Witch Golf Course is proud to have in place a caddie program to enhance the rounds of all golfers. This additional service will create an enjoyable round, with Ritz-Carlton service. Two caddies or "Golf Concierges" who will assist the players in many ways on the course will accompany each foursome. A few examples are the following:
