The Restaurant

The resort's beautiful dining room is aptly named "The Restaurant." Every table features a fabulous view of the sun-soaked pool area and Sea of Cortez . The Baja-Mediterranean inspired decor features a meandering, hand-painted wall mural that captures the essence of the local area. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Choice of seating outdoors or indoors in a climate-controlled ambiance.

La Cava

Our wine room is a truly unique venue for diners seeking a little something extra. Seated in a beautifully decorated room and surrounded by bottles of the finest wine, dinner is served in singular style. Available by special arrangement for private gatherings.

The Sea Grill

What better place to dine than at the ocean's edge! The Sea Grill features tasty grilled fare, including the freshest seafood and meats. Relax at comfortable, water-front tables where ocean breezes entice the appetite. Open for lunch and early dining daily.

Tequila and Ceviche Bar

The outdoor bar celebrates the bounty of the sea with the largest array of seafood used to prepare ceviche in Mexico, complemented by a selection of the most exclusive tequilas available in Mexico.

Weddings

Las Ventanas al Paraíso has the idyllic wedding venue. A large patio with a tiled and inlaid-pebble floor, desert landscaping and a raised platform for the bride and groom, with the Sea of Cortez for their backdrop, was designed and created for weddings and other events. With this oceanfront event patio, fine dining, luxurious accommodations, facilities and amenities for guests, Las Ventanas is a dream wedding venue as well as ideal for honeymoons.

Requirements for a legal civil ceremony with a Mexican judge: birth certificates, blood test done in Los Cabos two days prior to wedding and Visa (Tourist Card) you receive upon entering Mexico. (Note: For a legal wedding which is also recognized in the United States and Canada there can be no exceptions these requirements.)

Requirements for a religious ceremony: birth certificates, baptism certificates and a letter from your church’s minister giving permission and blessing.
