Accommodations
One Bedroom Villa-Suites with Private Pool
Each of the 14 one-bedroom villa-suites is secluded, offering complete comfort. The open-plan interior has a living area and a bedroom, separated by a sliding partition, and has large sliding bay windows opening onto the terrace with its private heated pool. Furnishings are Colonial style, including a four-poster bed, but with all the modern amenities: AC, plasma screen TV, DVD, CD players, wi-fi, and fax.
The corner kitchen includes a hot plate, ice maker, refridgerator, microwave, and a well-stocked mini bar. The well-lit Italian-tiled bathroom with its bathtub, open shower, and two wash basins offers spacious room for preparation.
Two and Three Bedroom Villa-Suite with Private Pool
This villa-suite offers the maximum privacy, and includes a Master Villa with two adjacent bungalows, accessed by an independent walkway. The Master Villa living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD and video players. The adjacent bungalows have four-poster beds and small but well-equipped bathrooms with showers and wash basins.
Dining
The gastronomic restaurant Le Gaiac proposes a culinary delight of innovative cooking, blended with exotic and Caribbean flavors in a sophisticated but relaxed atmosphere.
The panoramic view of the turquoise sea--contrasting with the dark blue cascading pool--is a breathtaking sight.
The chef, Maxime Deschamps, came to Le Gaiac after experiences in several other well-known restaurants: L'Escale in Carry Le Rouet, Chateaux de Marcay, and Le Saint-James in Bordeaux.
