Enjoy fine dining with spectacular lagoon and ocean views. The Air'i specializes in combining French, Polynesian and International cuisine - prepared with fresh fish and an abundance of fruit from the island as well as an array of beef, chicken and duck selections.
The Chef, Jean Frédéric Markacz, learned to cook the traditional way starting as a kitchen helper, assisting some of the great chefs of prestigious restaurant such as "l'Aleandrin" and "Les Roches." In his hands, local fruits and vegetables find the perfect combination with fresh lagoon fish, shrimp, red tuna and lobster.
Arii Restaurant
Arii Restaurant honors fine dining in a breeze-cooled setting overlooking the lagoon. The island's freshest fish, beef, poultry, and produce are prepared with French and Polynesian flair. A generous breakfast buffet and complete lunch menu are also served.
On select nights each week the restaurant presents a Polynesian Dinner Show. The Tahitian buffet features barbecued and grilled meats and fresh fish, a variety of salads, and selection of desserts. Tahitian musicians and dancers entertain after dinner. Men perform the exotic tamure. Women perform the fluid aparima, storytelling with graceful hand movements. Beach Bar
