Dining

Enjoy fine dining with spectacular lagoon and ocean views. The Air'i specializes in combining French, Polynesian and International cuisine - prepared with fresh fish and an abundance of fruit from the island as well as an array of beef, chicken and duck selections.

The Chef, Jean Frédéric Markacz, learned to cook the traditional way starting as a kitchen helper, assisting some of the great chefs of prestigious restaurant such as "l'Aleandrin" and "Les Roches." In his hands, local fruits and vegetables find the perfect combination with fresh lagoon fish, shrimp, red tuna and lobster.

Arii Restaurant

Arii Restaurant honors fine dining in a breeze-cooled setting overlooking the lagoon. The island's freshest fish, beef, poultry, and produce are prepared with French and Polynesian flair. A generous breakfast buffet and complete lunch menu are also served.

On select nights each week the restaurant presents a Polynesian Dinner Show. The Tahitian buffet features barbecued and grilled meats and fresh fish, a variety of salads, and selection of desserts. Tahitian musicians and dancers entertain after dinner. Men perform the exotic tamure. Women perform the fluid aparima, storytelling with graceful hand movements.

Hawaiki Nui Bar

Enjoy a cool cocktail on a warm afternoon and watch the sun as it sets over the island of Raiatea. Occasional musical entertainment. Located in the reception hall adjoining Arii Restaurant.

Activities

Spectacular views of Huahine's turquoise waters provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind in this tranquil part of French Polynesia. Guests sunbathe on the white sand beach or lounge beside the free form swimming pool.

For visitors who are more actively inclined, they can choose from a variety of activities & excursions such as island tours, picnic trips, sunset cruises, and snorkeling in some of the loveliest lagoons this side of paradise. Surf transfers, horseback riding and deep sea fishing are also available as well as car, scooter and bicycle rentals.

Your adventure begins with a scenic 35-minute Air Tahiti flight from Papeete's Faaa International Airport on the island of Tahiti. Arriving at Huahine airport, you're driven to the village of Fare, where a shuttle boat takes you to the exclusive enclave of Te Tiare Beach. You're greeted with bright smiles, a refreshing fruit drink, and a warm "Ia ora na"!
