TheBigDay's RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds have become popular as ways of keeping up with news and blogs. To use a feed, you'll need a program that reads RSS feeds--then, new items will show up on your reader a bit like new emails show up in your Inbox. For a more detailed description of RSS, check it out at Wikipedia.

Our feeds: We're providing our travel specials via a set of RSS feeds. This way, if you're interested in just our Hawaii and Fiji specials, you can subscribe to just those feeds, and when we have new or updated items, those will show up in your reader.

Big search engine sites like Google and Yahoo let you add RSS feeds to your personalized page. Look for links that talk about adding RSS feeds or adding content. The URL it's looking for is what's linked to by the specific links in our RSS Feeds menu at left. Just right-click on the feed you want to subscribe to, select Copy Shortcut, then paste that wherever your personalized page asks for the URL of the feed.

Another option is to get your own standalone reader. I'm using SharpReader myself, but there are a ton of choices out there. Try Blogspace.com to check out some of the free programs out there.
