we display the first and last names, plus city and state, of all of the registries that match the search criteria.

either send someone the link to your list, or send them a message inviting them to sign up and make their own list.

Wedding couple e-mail
(Mandatory) We will use your e-mail for the following:
- When you've forgotten your password and ask us to e-mail it to you.
- When you send your list to someone, we'll CC: you on that e-mail so that you see exactly what was sent to them.
- When we print and mail your gift cards, we'll e-mail you and the person who bought you that activity so that you know the gift card is on its way.
- When your friend or family member has lost the link to your list, and wants to find your list, they can enter your e-mail address to search for your lists.
- When we have news or reminders regarding your registry with us, such as new activities you might wish to add or reminders about certain tasks
you need to accomplish as your honeymoon draws near.

Wedding guest e-mail
(Optional) We collect the wedding guests' email in two different places:
- When the wedding couple enters it in order to send the wedding guest links to their wedding web page or registry, and
- When the wedding guest buys a gift for a wedding couple, they may give us their email address in order for us to send them a purchase confirmation.
We will use the wedding guests' e-mail for the following:
- Announcement "postcards" on behalf of the wedding couple.
- Purchase confirmations following a gift purchase.
- Other confirmations (such as a printing/mailing confirmation) regarding a gift purchase.
- Other announcements specifically involving the wedding couple for whom you purchased a gift.
- Customer support issues regarding their purchase, or to help us contact the wedding couple in emergencies.
- A customer satisfaction survey following their purchase.
- Special offer emails from TheBigDay. The wedding guest may opt out of
receiving these emails either by unchecking a box during the gift purchase checkout process, or via a link in any email
received from TheBigDay.
Login information

(Optional) We will only use your phone number to contact you in case of a problem or issue with your registry.
For instance, if a guest buys you an item at the last minute, and it's too late for us to mail you your gift card, we'll call you
to let you know how we're handling the gift with the activity or tour operator. We will not use your phone number for solicitation purposes.

Mailing address
(Mandatory) This contact information allows us to mail your gift cards for the activities your guests purchase for you on our site.
We also use the city and state fields to allow people to identify your list by name and address, after they've searched for you and found more than one
wedding couple with the same or similar names.

Honeymoon registries
During the registration process, when updating registration information and at other times, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone, etc. In addition to registration we may ask you for information at other times, including when we make special offers and promotions to users of our site, conduct surveys or sell products. Our online surveys may ask you for contact information (i.e. your e-mail address) or demographic information (i.e. zip code, age, or income level).
